I have so much trouble with this phone I don't know where to begin!!!! I have never been able to get on the internet. I have trouble with its slow moving, at first ok but now extremely slow. battery run out very quickly,can't receive some text messages,it appears to pick and choose what it wants??? will delay and hold messages for 2 days before delivering them to me. unsure of what phone i sure get, i need to get rid of this one I suppose????

At financas. This is, without a doubt, the worst phone I have ever had the displeasure of being stuck with (issued by employer).
Hangs. Shuts down. Changes contacts. Links contacts on it's own. Takea forever to do anything. Worse than 1980's dial up. Won't open most web pages. Always returns b.s. connection issues and troubleshooting suggestions that are flat out inacurate issues. The phone is junk!
One day I am going to give in to the insane frustration this piece of junk creates and throw it as hard as I can into a wall.
I HATE this phone.

It's a fairly capable phone, but the battery seems to drain rather rapidly. Any suggestions on prolonging battery time would be appreciated.

Although an extremely rugged phone platform the phone itself is very slow and will freeze up and even shut down without warning. Battery life is terrible and does not last as long as expected.

I am so far unimpressed with this phone. The first one I got would not fully charge after being on the charger over 12 hours. Only charged 1/2 way. Second new replacement phone I still have after 30 days the alarm music tune started playing after boot up and first turn on and there was NO alarm even set. Pushing volume up or down had NO effect. No screen icon even telling that there was an alarm sounding. Removing battery stopped it until battery was reinstalled. Only way could end the sound and the music was to do a complete system restart. Lost all my contacts and everything else as a result. Bad Phone. Not recomended

I agree. Had this phone with Cons. Cell and was never so disappointed with a phone in my life. It's a lot of money to pay when you can't call while in your hone. Really? The agent told me you have 4 bars outside your manufactured home and I said yes but there are no bars inside. I said I live in Florida where it rains every day from June to Sept. and mosquitoes are large enough to carry you away and I'm supposed to walk outside everytime I need to make a call or someone calls me. Really? So they are going back.

AnonD-103316, 20 Jan 2013I have had this Phone for 6 months and it is a piece of crap. It echos even when you check the.. moreI agree 100%. Very slow, always seems to get frozen..i tried tech support they had me do a few things, but i don't see any improvement. What a waste of $$$$
